Keswick Hall Has Wine-Lovers Program
Keswick Hall (www.keswick.com) is taking advantage of its location in Virginia’s wine country region by promoting a “Wine Escape’ package.
The Orient-Express property, which sits at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains, is actually a 48-room country house. Included in the package are two nights’ accommodations, a wine tasting and local vineyard tour, plus a five-course dinner at the hotel’s fine-dining restaurant, Fossett’s.
Keswick Hall is located near many of the region’s best-known wineries, including Keswick Vineyards, Jefferson Vineyards, Barboursville Vineyards, Oaken Croft, and Horton Cellars.
The “Wine Escape” package is available through November 2008. Rates start at $1,175 on weekdays and $1,235 at weekends, and include accommodation, a wine amenity, wine tasting, local winery tour, a five-course dinner at Fossett’s and continental breakfast daily.
