Terme di Saturnia Spa & Golf Resort (www.termedisaturnia.com) in Tuscany has a “Saturnia Extravagance Package” that includes a series of spa treatments and an excursion in a two-hour hot-air balloon over the hills of the Tuscan Maremma region of Italy.
