Fairmont (www.fairmont.com) is offering guests a $50 food-and-beverage credit per room, per night for stays of two consecutive nights on any reservations made with an American Express Card before June 30, 2008. Several Fairmont locations are also offering Triple Miles on Only One Way Summer bookings through its programs with Aeroplan, American Airlines AAdvantage, and United Mileage Plus.
